The obligation taken on during licensing does not end when the seedlings are in the ground. The environmental agency assesses the area by survival and growth rates measured over the period set in the Commitment Agreement. AD delivers planting, maintenance and monitoring under a single contract, with a technical manager and ART registration at each stage.
